Everyman Boats Limited is a product of the joining of forces of Nigel Langdale and Russell Spiers – cousins' who grew up together in the heart of the Waikato (Te Awamutu).

Having elected different career paths on leaving school (Nigel taking a practical trade base option and Russell opting for a tertiary degree in business) the two recognised the need for each other's skills to develop a new business venture – 'Everyman Boats Limited.'

Established in 2008, the business has grown substantially in what has been a period of very stagnant growth in almost all sectors of the economy - A testament to a very successful product range and marketing campaign.

The biggest challenge for a new entrant to what is an already competitive industry is brand awareness and recognition. This has been achieved largely from trade exhibitions such as the Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat show, and the Waikato Boat Fishing Leisure Show in Hamilton. In fact sales generated from the last Waikato show equaled and exceeded that of the larger and more established competitors.

The core of this success has been the design and quality of build undertaken by Nigel and his team based at our purpose built factory. Nigel has 20 years experience in building aluminum boats and all of our satisfied customers recognize and cherish the excellence in the build. Each Everyman Boat has inbuilt strength and robustness that will give customers many years of worry free boating.

In eight short years, Everyman Boats has in production a range that starts at 4.7 metres and extends to 9.5 metres.

Our intention is to continue to introduce new models to satisfy customer demands. Many of our customers tell us how our passion for building quality boats is evident and makes the process of purchasing an Everyman Boat hassle free and pleasurable.
